HeroMD tækið nemur léttasta andardrátt og lætur þig vita ef barnið andar grunnt eða sjaldnar en 8 sinnum á mínútu. Ef Snuza® HeroMD tækið nemur engan andardrátt í 15 sekúndur mun tækið vibra til að reyna að örva barnið til að anda aftur. Oft er titringurinn nóg til að örva barnið og þá fer HeroMD aftur í gæslustillingu.
